“Getting off to a good start”
It’s surprising how much a good start to your day can affect the way you feel and influence the rest of your week. Here are some simple tips you can use that will help you motivate your Monday mornings.
Early Start – bad things happen when your late and we all hate the rushing around feeling of trying to get to work on time and walking in though the door of the office 5 minutes late. You notice the sneaky eyes of your colleges or management looking to their watches or phones to see how late you are….grrrrrr….So get up an hour earlier and just see how it affects your day. Take your time and make a nice breakfast, try and eat something healthy? Wear your best, when you dress good you feel good. Your clothes reflect your personality, wear the cheeriest of outfits from your wardrobe, you’ll be surprised how much your this could affect the way you feel about yourself.
For the above to work it will need a little bit of organising. Have everything ready the night before, get your clothes, your files, documents, laptop ready and laid out for you in the morning. Saving a few minutes will save you time, so you can concentrate on more important things.
Now you look good and feel good, enjoy your day.
